A ruling was passed by District Judge Roscoe on 1st February 2008 in regards to the Tesco licensing agreement.

This was an appeal by Tesco against the decision of the Respondent's licensing sub-committee on 21st December 2006 to refuse their application to vary the existing Premises License by allowing the sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Saturdays between 08.00 and 23.00 hours and on Sundays between 10.00 and 22.30 hours.
